Spring Class 2014
2 days a week for 3 weeks
Using the Born to Draw Children’s Drawing iBook program, participants will learn observational drawing through mark making, line, shape, placement, textures, value, color and perspective. Each class is geared for a child to complete a drawing of an animal or a still life during class time. Other activities include making a portfolio, learning about the color wheel, and more. Materials will be provided/
Both courses are designed to teach drawing though shape relationships, formal elements of art and observation.

Session 2: ‘TOON TIME
Born to Draw: ‘Toon Time: Learn to Draw Cartoons with the Born to Draw step-by-step drawing process.Children’s drawing classes features favorite cartoon characters. These programs are designed for children in grades 1st-6th. Children create their own comic strips and characters. Children study character development and content of a cartoon comic strip. Copyright materials are used for educational use only.
Materials will be provided.
