Since the time of the Italian Renaissance artists have used the concepts of perspective to achieve greater depth of space to their artwork. Knowledge of the principles and practical application is essential for any artist. This book is intended to collaborate with teachers, home school parents and students of perspective. To understand perspective is to be able to apply the various eye-levels to any image. Elaine Cimino will teach and demostrate how to develop technical and artistic skills to master the techniques of perspective to create more realistic drawings. The topics covered are:
• One, two and three-point linear perspective
• Atmospheric perspective Plus these related perspective techniques:
• Drawing conical shapes and ellipsis or circles in perspective
